Tutoring / Enrichment: (ages 3-8)

Tayler'd Education can assist your child with struggles OR their thirst for knowledge. 

 

It is easy to get behind within the current educational requirements.  Children must have a solid foundation of basic knowledge to move forward and to keep up with classmates.  These and other elements can be taught through games and fun activities.

 

For some children, a thirst for knowledge is difficult for parents to quench on their own. Tayler'd Education has the tools to teach your child about a large number of different scientific, mathematical or social studies. Students will have the opportunity to research and write about a topic of their choice, or practice a new math skill.

These meetings for pre-k through 2nd grade are available in packages of five, one hour sessions for $250.  Client and educator will schedule the weekly meetings.  Ask us about small group sessions for $25/hour. Kinder Readiness Fridays: (age 4-5)

​

Kinder Readiness Fridays are for children entering kindergarten in the 2018-19 school year. The class consists of songs, stories, games, and crafts to prepare children for the rigors of today's kindergarten. Reading, Writing, Math, and Science are integrated into activities for maximum learning. Mrs. Tayler specializes in individualized instruction and can boost knowledge for each participant in a fun, non-stressful way. Tayler'd Education has added 30 additional minutes to the class for free! Children's confidence is EVERYTHING! Let's build your child's together! Crafternoons: (ages 4-12 ---where a session's ages span 2 years or less) 

​

Crafternoons are small art sessions scheduled just after school for a fun transition between school and home(work). These classes are based around a theme where books, art, and music/movement collide for a fun-filled hour of learning. Crafternoons make great play dates for elementary school students! 
1) Make an appointment with Tayler'd Education.
2) Pick up your kiddos from school.
3) Give them a little snack. 
4) Drop them off at Mrs. Tayler's house to meet your friends for coffee. You didn't finish that last errand? No worries! You've got an extra hour! 

For $10 per student, children will complete a fun and easy craft. Additional time will be spent reading books, singing songs, and/or playing games associated with the craft. (EX: Snowman craft // Snowballs book by Lois Ehlert // "ice skating" with paper plates under our shoes) 

Groups will be limited to four, similarly-aged kids.  Single-child sessions are also acceptable. Siblings attending the same session are $5.  A parent is welcome to stay the first time.
