About Tayler'd Education: (see map under contact tab)
Hello! I am Brandi Tayler. Thank you for visiting our website at Tayler'd Education. I'd be happy to talk to you and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to email me at: the.t.business51115@gmail.com or use the form under the above CONTACT tab.

I started Tayler'd Education after teaching kindergarten for 18 years. I am a stay-at-home mommy who still loves to teach. I have loved kids since I was one myself. My very first "job," at the age of eight, was having kids to our house for activity time, including baking cookies. My mom is also a teacher, and helped me with this fun day. I was one of the lucky ones; I always knew that I wanted to be a teacher. I finally received the title in college as I taught in a childcare setting. While there, I was also the art teacher for summer programs. I subbed for Lubbock ISD in all elementary grades and then got my own classroom in 1995. Throughout my career, I have taught kindergarten, summer school, and Saturday school in the upper grades. I tutored multiple grades as well. Serving a wide variety of students each year inside and outside of my classroom has made me an expert in individualized instruction.

As a first year teacher, I was chosen to receive a position in the CLICK project at Texas Tech University. As a result, I received my master's degree in Language/Literacy. After receiving in-depth training in literacy acquisition, I produced and spoke in presentations for many, many organizations including the Early Literacy Conference- Dallas, the Early Literacy Conference- Lubbock, and The International Reading Association in New Orleans. I presented for teachers' staff development over the years in Lubbock ISD and Richardson ISD. I received my Reading Specialist Certificate in 2000.

After some time staying home with my baby, I am so happy to be back in the profession I love.
Allow Tayler'd Education to bring joy and confidence to your little one.
Team:
This is our learning space. To some adults it seems a bit on the small side. However, to children, it's twice as big! You will find us doing whole group, small group, and individual instruction while reading, writing, doing computations, art, and crafts as well as scientific thinking. Students rotate through centers, dance, sing, and do the important things one would do in a public classroom.
